Who I am?My name is Natalie. I work with women and men who keep ending up in the same place — different people, different cities, different jobs, and yet the same outcome.
For more than ten years, I worked as a lawyer. Two university degrees — law, then economics and finance — and several years running companies. I know first-hand what that actually demands: setting a goal and holding it, deciding under pressure, negotiating, making money, and starting over when the structure collapses.
And I have started from zero. More than once, changing countries, languages and professions. That is not a line on a résumé — it is where I learned what I teach today: how you rebuild when the landmarks are gone and no one is coming to put them back.
My trainingI am a transformation coach and practitioner in integrative work.

I am a coach, not a psychologist or psychotherapist. I do not diagnose and I do not treat. If your situation calls for clinical care, I will say so and point you toward it.
How I workI use three things, and I combine them depending on what the situation needs.
Systemic constellations. We put your situation in front of you — with figures on a table, not only in words. What stays invisible while you talk about it often becomes clear the moment you see it laid out in space: who holds which place, who is carrying what, what is missing.
Symbolic and projective tools. They surface what direct questions cannot reach. This is not a prediction — nothing is foretold about your future.
Work on emotional stability. Because no decision made under pressure is truly yours. As long as fear is deciding, the pattern repeats, no matter the setting.
Alongside this, I draw on classic cognitive and systemic approaches — and a degree of intuition, which I do not claim to explain, but which I never use in place of your own judgment.
- What we work onThe patterns that repeat in relationships, and emotional dependency
- The place you occupy in your relationships — and the place you give up
- Energy and the capacity to act, when everything is clear on paper and nothing moves
- Transitions: separation, changing countries, changing your life
- Rebuilding after hitting "zero"
What you do with it is yours to decide. I do not build a life in your place, and I will not tell you to leave, to stay, or to take the job.
What I care aboutThat you take back your place. That you live by your own rules — not the ones someone set for you a long time ago, without asking what you thought.
And that you no longer need me. That is the only outcome I am actually aiming for.
